Item is out of stock and my payment is not being returned.
The title says it all. I have already paid the item fully as seen in the "Payment Status" in the photo attached. Shoppable.ph emailed me last August 28, 2026 regarding my order that it is out of stock and I told them I would like a refund. They asked for my bank details and I have sent it to them immediately. But until now, i haven't yet received my money. Very bad experience.
