Cancellation Process

  • Buyer initiated order cancellation when the:
    • Status is:
      • Pending
      • Verified Payment
      • Payment Received
      • Payment Failed
      • Paid
      • Preparing to Pack
    • Reason for Cancellation is:
      • Change Order (variation and item specification changes)
      • Change mode of payment
      • Change shipping address
      • Duplicate order
      • Wrong item bought
      • Item bought from another seller
  • Seller initiated order cancellation
    • Status is:
      • Pending
      • Verifying Payment
      • Payment Received
      • Payment Failed
      • Paid
      • Reason for Cancellation is:
      • No inventory or item out of stock
  • Shoppable [admin] initiated order cancellation
    • Order automatically canceled within 2-3 days from the payment date as the seller did not confirm the shipment
    • Order is automatically canceled by Shoppable because the system detected that the buyer is fraudulent.
    • Order is canceled because of failed payment verification.
